At Dialllog, I was the first commercial hire and managed 27+ international SaaS accounts across the UK, US, Australia, Nordics and Asia. I supported onboarding, trial setup and account configuration, and worked on renewals with approximately 85% renewal.

I also worked directly with developers and product teams at Dialllog to resolve customer issues and turn recurring feedback into product improvements.

At B&S Group, I managed 20+ Nordic accounts with a portfolio of approximately €2M. I grew existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling and larger-volume orders, reaching 70% of my annual target within the first six months.

I currently work in strategy and new ventures within the education sector, supporting market research, new initiatives, stakeholder coordination and international expansion. I’ve also onboarded customers onto ordering platforms and worked with platform configurations, permissions and customer health scoring.
