What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or relocation-friendly work where I can coordinate cross-functional delivery, improve operations and CRM workflows, solve ambiguous problems with AI tools, and build scalable processes for international teams and clients.

At Bigfoot Marketing Agency, I manage operations and client coordination across 5+ active US-based accounts, turning requests from email, Slack, and calls into tracked work across remote, cross-functional teams. I investigate incidents, trace root causes, build SOPs, set up routine automations, and translate technical findings into clear client communication.

Previously at Uforia Info Tech, I led a four-person development team delivering a video-editing feature for a foreign SaaS client and ran Agile delivery from sprint planning through retrospectives. I’ve also co-founded Trail Rush, launched Cheesecake Therapy, and bring an MSc background in Innovation & Entrepreneurship alongside project management and Scrum certifications.
