At NDFusion Media FZCO, I scaled the video editing team from 2 to 30+ editors and restructured it into six niche-based pods, each with a dedicated team lead. The team sustained 100+ deliverables per month as it grew.
I own the team's talent pipeline, from sourcing and screening through onboarding and training. I also promoted all six team leads from within and serve as the Pakistan-side point of contact between contributors, team leads, and Dubai leadership.
At Devgate, I managed four concurrent software projects for startup clients, coordinating timelines, task allocation, and delivery against milestones. I structured Jira workflows and coordinated releases through GitHub; DatarPro and SpaceHub shipped without missed milestones.
Earlier, at PrimeBlue, I delivered the company website end-to-end and managed social media operations and the digital content pipeline. My work also includes managing development through launch for Recce and ShipNTrack, including integrating local courier services into a single fulfillment flow.
