At Fastenal Canada, I collect clients’ business needs and work with implementation and service teams to translate them into technology solutions. I manage a $2.5M annual client portfolio, which has grown by an average of 30% since I started in the role.
As a part-time supply chain optimization analyst at Fastenal Canada, I documented client requirements across more than 200 technology implementation projects, managing 8 to 13 files at a time. I also created a request-tracking tool that helped the operations team move from a reactive to a proactive approach.
For Île-des-Sœurs × HEC Montréal, I served as Product Owner on an ecological transformation plan, writing more than 150 user stories and acceptance criteria. I prioritized the product backlog and coordinated three teams through iteration planning and progress tracking.
My consulting work for Ville de Granby included mapping current processes in BPMN, evaluating more than 20 market solutions, and presenting a target process and change-management plan. I’m pursuing a master’s degree in organizational digital transformation and artificial intelligence at HEC Montréal.
