At the University of Ottawa, I replaced a static 34-question form with a bilingual data-access workflow for three roles, using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. I documented the process and business rules, then tested the solution end to end, including edge cases.
I also designed five interactive bilingual data-governance trainings, with role-based scenarios, immediate feedback, and certificates. I prepared the data architecture and governance document submitted to the Privacy Office, covering data flows, personal information, and privacy risks.
At Kyndryl Canada, I supported project controls and reporting for a financial-services consulting engagement. I designed an Excel budget burn-rate tracker fed by Power Query from SharePoint and automated a weekly Power Automate report flagging projects over budget.
As a Project Assistant at the University of Ottawa, I prepare IT review presentations seeking approval and deployment of two solutions. I’m completing a bachelor’s degree in multidisciplinary design engineering and hold the CAPM certification.
