Zahidur Rahman

I’m a dedicated professional combining customer support, entrepreneurship, and IT. My early customer support experience helped me build a strong foundation for running my own venture, and I’m now focused on applying my technical skills to help users effectively.

As the Founder of Xplorer’s Nest Consultancy, I work remotely as a travel agent. I support student visa, work visa, and tourist visa cases, offering free consultation to help clients move forward with confidence.

Previously, I worked as a customer support agent at ASL BPO, where I solved customer issues related to deposit, withdraw, and other transactions. I learned how to stay calm under pressure, collaborate in a team work environment, and deliver clear solutions that reduce customer difficulties.

I also managed social media as a Social Media Manager on Fiverr, including handling a twitter profile to engage followers. I’m currently pursuing a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering (Major in AI) and strengthen my IT capabilities through C and Python programming, along with cloud computing expertise using Microsoft Azure.
