At ADP, I configure ADP Recruiting Management and design integrations with ADP Workforce Now, Vantage, Lyric, and other HR systems. I analyze clients’ recruiting workflows and implement solutions built around their business needs.

I overhauled the ATS Best Practice database to improve project startups and system stability, and developed Agentic AI tools to identify implementation risks and generate KPI and reporting dashboards. I also designed data integrations that automate user setup and maintenance across SOR, ATS, and third-party vendors.

Earlier, at Handex Consulting & Remediation, LLC / Demetree Global, I implemented payroll and screening solutions that reduced costs, and designed reporting tools for employee costs and operating metrics.
