What I'm looking for

I'm applying for a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist position. I'm fully available on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, partially available on other days, and available full-time during university holidays. I can start immediately.

At Walnut Knowledge Solutions, I was the main point of contact for a quiz programme across 60+ schools, colleges and companies. I answered client queries, coordinated schedules and logistics, and kept clients informed when plans changed.

I also checked answer sheets, processed prizes, recorded results and compiled post-event reports. As an Event & Visitor Coordination Intern at the Office of International Affairs, Dayananda Sagar University, I welcomed visitors, liaised with partner institutions and prepared written communications. I'm currently studying for an MSc in Business Analytics at the University of Birmingham and am confident using Excel and Word.
