At Purple AdLab, I lead a 30+ person creative department delivering end-to-end campaigns across e-commerce, cosmetics, tech, fashion, healthcare, entertainment, and international tech events.
I've grown from assistant to Head of the Creative Department, building workflows, mentoring project managers, partnering with the CEO on scaling, and coordinating briefs, scripts, production, revisions, and client approvals. My teams create branding systems, event websites, UI kits, landing pages, VSLs, video ads, motion graphics, and campaign visual systems.
I'm also expanding into AI evaluation, reviewing image, text, video, and interface outputs for quality, accuracy, usability, bias, and instruction-following.
