I've built PMO practices from scratch at SPLAT, relaunched an AI Recognition initiative, and initiated data-parsing projects that reduced client operating costs by 90%.

Across Dclogic, Armtek, and Shopping Live, I've facilitated Scrum teams, delivered industrial automation and digitalization portfolios, and led the Halva installment-card product. My earlier financial, insurance underwriting, and banking experience helps me manage risk, stakeholders, budgets, and delivery with a practical business focus.
