What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex cross-functional software delivery, improve planning and release predictability, and build effective Agile delivery processes across product and engineering teams.

I'm leading delivery at Dats.team across Product, Engineering, QA, Analytics, CRM and DWH teams in a distributed environment of 30+ people. I manage full-cycle delivery from requirements and prioritization through integration testing and production releases.

I've structured 200+ product and business requests, reduced last-minute scope changes by approximately 25%, and improved timeline deviation from 40% to 10% within nine months. I also launched three Scrum teams and established delivery processes for a new Kanban-based product.

Previously, I coordinated Employer Rating delivery at HeadHunter, including a three-month backend migration completed on schedule, and supported two cross-functional teams as a Scrum Master at Soft-Werke. My foundation in PMO work at Deutsche Telekom Russia includes resource planning, budgeting, forecasting and operational coordination.
