I've built and scaled 0→1 products across travel, blockchain, fintech, ecommerce, and healthcare, from CuddlyNest's AI-powered booking experiences to Breadcrumbs.app's blockchain investigation tools.

At CuddlyNest, I was promoted from Product Manager to Associate Director within six months and led AI itinerary, natural-language search, and travel-platform initiatives that lifted Stays conversion by 20%. I also led distributed delivery teams, introduced Agile ceremonies, and used rapid prototyping to shorten product iteration cycles.

Earlier, I launched TrueMoney in the Philippines to 1 million transacting customers in its first year, improved blockchain onboarding conversion from 1% to 4%, and helped marketplace, grocery, and talent platforms improve matching, fulfillment, and customer experiences.
