What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and optimize Shopify and e-commerce operations for B2B and B2C brands, using catalog, inventory, ERP, SEO, and product-management experience to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

I've built, launched, and managed five Shopify stores for premium jewelry brands at MNG Group, including IRAM Jewelry, SIRAN, The Jewelry House, and AlSebhaa.

I manage catalogs of more than 5,000 products and 10,000 variants, maintaining data integrity through product uploads, bulk updates, SKU operations, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP inventory synchronization. I also developed and launched the EG Diamond B2B Platform.

I work across B2B and B2C commerce, supporting order fulfillment, product launches, campaign alignment, SEO, metadata, domain configuration, and Shopify applications. I collaborate closely with marketing, photography, design, Meta Ads, and Google Ads teams to improve product presentation and customer experience.

I've been named Top Sales Performer at the Turathna Exhibition for three consecutive years: 2023, 2024, and 2025. I bring hands-on luxury retail operations experience alongside Shopify, ERP, catalog, and inventory management skills.
