At COCOONZ (Top Town Medical Mattress Factory), I managed online-store sales on Salla and helped grow monthly sales from about SAR 30,000 to at least SAR 160,000 through store development, SEO, and marketing campaigns.
I held operational responsibility for the Al Safa branch and followed up on sales performance at the Obhur and Taif branches. I also supervised, guided, and trained sales staff, and handled day-to-day sales issues.
At Al Romansiah Co., I serve customers, follow up on order accuracy, and resolve complaints and delivery issues. I manage materials inventory in SAP ERP, prepare Excel reports, and contributed to reducing the branch waste indicator from 1.80% to 0.80% within four months, per work reports.
My earlier sales experience includes outside sales and preparing price quotations at Al Fanar Contracting Est., as well as direct retail sales and customer service at Jawharat Ramah Supermarket. I’m studying for a Bachelor of Business Administration at University of the People.
