I’m seeking an Order-to-Cash Lead role where I can use a structured Lean Six Sigma approach to improve regional processes, measure consistent KPIs, address root causes, and sustain improvements across teams.

At Esevel, I resolve fulfilment issues with logistics partners and suppliers across APAC and EMEA, where SLA performance improved by 15% per quarter. I also build vendor, SLA and margin trackers and write product requirement documents for platform features and KPIs.

At Diversey, I built Salesforce dashboards and reporting to track sales KPIs and win/loss across five countries. Using SAP ERP data, I reached 85%+ accuracy in billing revenue reconciliation for South East Asia and built Tableau and Excel dashboards for regional leadership.
