What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations role where I can manage orders, fulfillment, inventory, and reporting while collaborating across supply chain, warehouse, logistics, finance, and e-commerce teams.

At PTHOME CENTER INDONESIARETAIL — Kawan Lama Group, I manage end-to-end sales order processing in SAP, from Sales Order creation and invoicing through fulfillment monitoring and delivery tracking.

I coordinate inventory availability with warehouse, distribution center, logistics, supply chain, finance, tax, buyer, and marketplace teams to resolve order issues, returns, claims, and fulfillment problems.

I monitor SAP integration with e-commerce and marketplace platforms, maintain accurate operational data, and prepare sales and operational reports to identify fulfillment delays and support process improvements.
