At Flairstech, I was the primary HR contact for a multi-department workforce, responding to employee inquiries and maintaining an audit-ready contract and personnel file system.
I coordinated onboarding and offboarding documentation in line with company policy and Egyptian labour law, and prepared social insurance paperwork. I also produced HR reports and analysis for senior management’s headcount planning and workforce movement.
At Exido Global Solutions, I processed monthly payroll for around 50 employees and selected, implemented, and rolled out a company-wide HR system without disrupting operations. I also redesigned the new-hire onboarding program using trainee feedback and ran integration sessions for new joiners.
My HR work has included hiring, personnel records, and social insurance documentation. I completed an HR Diploma through HR Passport and hold a Bachelor of Commerce (English), with an Accounting Major, from Al-Azhar University.
