I’m a Marketing professional with experience working closely with both customers and teams to support sales and improve service quality. I focus on clear goals at work and continuously develop my professional capabilities for long-term growth.

In my earlier role, I supported the sales team with product consultation and answering customer questions. I also analyzed customer needs while tracking market trends and competitors to propose business approaches that fit real demand.

More recently, I’ve worked in a Marketing + Human Resources capacity, where I searched for, contacted, and collaborated with KOL/KOC to promote brands and increase awareness across communication platforms. I negotiate collaboration costs, monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, and propose improvements to drive revenue, while coordinating campaign rollout to meet timeline and business targets.

I also handle HR & internal administrative accounting tasks, including recruitment, managing employee records, preparing payroll, and tracking income/expenses and operating costs. I enjoy solving problems and staying flexible so operations run smoothly and partnerships remain strong.
