I’m a Vietnamese Leader Marketing who’s passionate about Marketing and focused on building campaigns that drive sustainable growth for brands. I enjoy learning, updating new trends, and applying them flexibly to practical work to create real value for brands and customers.

From my earlier roles, I’ve supported brand growth through content and partnerships—writing Facebook posts for brands such as KFC and MB Bank, and developing creative ideas for campaign concepts with partners. As a Manager KOL/KOC, I planned review campaigns aligned with product/service and brand objectives, managed KOL collaborations for high-quality content, and tracked performance while coordinating bookings with brands.

In client-facing work as an Account Executive, I communicated and consulted with clients to build plans and coordinate project execution. I also handled client questions and resolved issues quickly, while monitoring project progress to ensure delivery according to requirements and timelines.

Currently, at Mambo Digital Agency, I lead the marketing strategy and growth direction for the agency. I set marketing objectives and KPIs, define processes and execution standards, make strategic decisions on channels and messaging, oversee performance with data analysis, and act as a marketing expert in pitching and client consultations—while training and developing my team.
