What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or overseas-based work where I can support operations, coordinate projects and workflows, manage documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute as a virtual assistant or social media coordinator.

I've managed production workflows at Wholly Foods Production, sourcing equipment and suppliers while developing new SKUs, SOPs, and cost structures for products built to scale.

At Locker & Loft, I revamped 90% of the menu through structured R&D and launched more than 20 new items. My reliability and creative output led to ongoing development work.

I also lead operations across three Sushi Taka, Ushi & Tenshin counters, handling staff training, scheduling, inventory, cost management, and real-time service coordination.

After a decade in high-pressure kitchen and project environments, I'm bringing my operational discipline, multilingual communication, documentation habits, and follow-through into remote support, virtual assistant, and social media coordination work.
