Yernar Kadyrbekov

I’m currently an intern specialist at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, working in the Department of Subsoil Use, Contracts and Amendments. I participate in preparing subsoil use documentation and independently drafted and finalized 2 amendments to existing contracts from start to completion.

I also strengthen decisions with data: I collect and process large datasets on subsoil users, licensed blocks, and contracts, then compile weekly departmental reports. Alongside analytics, I handle official correspondence, coordinate reporting, and conduct business correspondence and telephone negotiations, including trilingual translation (Kazakh, Russian, English) for official documents and auction materials.

Previously, I worked as a freelance Video Editor / Motion Designer, managing the full client project cycle from sourcing to delivery on deadline. I produced B2B promotional videos and EdTech educational content, applying motion design (2D/3D animation, infographics, tracking) to improve engagement—while continuously learning, adapting, and delivering with strong attention to detail.
