What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote-ready work (UTC+5) where spreadsheets and SQL-driven analysis directly support product, development, or insights teams. I want to build trusted reporting, test UX/process hypotheses with evidence, and document data definitions so teams can move faster.

I’m a data analyst at an EdTech platform serving schools across Kazakhstan, focused on turning production data into decision-ready reporting. Spreadsheets are my main instrument: I build pivot-table reports and analytical dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets, powered by my own SQL (MySQL) queries against production data from 1,000+ tickets a month.

Precise, detail-first work is my default—I analyze and classify 1,000+ tickets and incidents per month by category, severity, and user impact using consistent, checkable rules. I test hypotheses on process and UX improvements against the data, and I document data definitions and typical cases in Jira / Confluence after restructuring the knowledge base so answers are found faster.
