What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an international business development role where I can own cross-border partnership growth, support B2B negotiations, and drive multi-market launches—using bilingual communication, deal execution, and operational rigor in a collaborative environment.

I’m an international business development specialist with 10+ years of experience supporting cross-border partnerships across CIS, Central Asia, and beyond. I focus on B2B sales support, distribution network development, and multi-market product launches in industrial equipment and aesthetic medicine.

I’m known for turning complex, multi-stakeholder processes into measurable momentum—coordinating B2B negotiations, supplier onboarding, and dealer acquisition. In practice, I bridge technical and commercial teams to keep deals moving and reduce friction in the pipeline.

My background blends operations and language-driven execution: I manage inventory and product registration, coordinate technical after-sales support, and translate/localize business correspondence and technical documentation for international compliance. I’ve also supported AI/NLP quality work by building Kazakh lexicon datasets and validating training data integrity.

What I value most is direct partner engagement—negotiation interpretation in multilingual settings, trade show execution for lead generation, and building long-term relationships that scale. I’m open to relocation to Europe and want to grow in a role where partnership-building and execution are core.
