Senior Manager at NIQ managing Samsung Electronics’ $50M account, delivering two consecutive on-time renewals and new revenue from account insights.

At NIQ, I own renewal and pricing strategy for Samsung Electronics’ VD and Memory divisions within a ~$50M global account — forecasting, negotiation, and cross-functional orchestration across Sales, Quality, Legal, and Samsung’s GMO. I closed the 2025 renewal (~$12.8M, +$229K incremental revenue) and the 2026 renewal (~$10.9M) on time despite an industry-wide cost-reduction push, accelerating the close date three years running.

I also lead biannual executive presentations (GOP) that turn market data into decisions — one analysis was cited in a VP-level Samsung report and converted into a $15K data subscription. I coached a direct report to independently own a full GOP within 7 months, and led the account’s CRM migration from Salesforce to MSD. Earlier, at Kaonmedia, I managed a Brazil production facility and relaunched output within 5 weeks of a flood that halted the line. I’m now exploring Key/Strategic Account Manager roles at manufacturers — especially semiconductor, display, or materials companies — serving large enterprise clients.
