At SK hynix, I governed 32 enterprise software and technology portfolios supporting 30,000+ users and ~60,000 endpoints. I directly led ~25 renewals annually and reviewed 100+ technology investment and contract cases each year, turning technical, financial, security, and operational considerations into executive-ready recommendations.

I delivered ~20% cost optimization in selected portfolios through usage and entitlement analysis and vendor negotiation while protecting business-critical coverage. I also structured a global Autodesk operating and licensing model that balanced enterprise efficiency with China-specific security and infrastructure requirements.

For approximately five years, I led Business-IT/MES governance for semiconductor manufacturing, bridging operational users, engineering, IT teams, and external SI partners. I prioritized 360+ annual technology and enhancement requirements and owned solution delivery from discovery and design through testing, deployment, and stabilization in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

I also recovered a critical ITSM migration issue by rebuilding mappings, aligning business and IT owners, and validating corrective actions. My semiconductor R&D background and experience with global vendors and service partners help me connect manufacturing realities with enterprise technology and commercial decisions.
