What I'm looking for
I’ve spent 15 years building HR and People Operations for startups and growing companies across Vietnam and the region—“from zero to fully operational.” At CT Semiconductor, I set up the entire HR function from scratch during a fast growth phase, hiring 30+ technical and leadership roles and building onboarding, performance systems, and full labor compliance.
Before that, I spent 6 years at HR2B consulting 30+ companies on HR structure, workforce planning, and compliance—from early-stage startups to mid-sized firms. I’m comfortable moving fast when the team is small and things are still being figured out, and I communicate clearly in English.
What I’m proud of most is how I translate strategy into operational reality: building HR departments in under 6 months, deploying 20+ HR policy and benefit frameworks, reducing external hiring costs by 25% with talent pipelines and internal referrals, and improving engagement and retention by 20% through recognition and feedback programs.
