At AIA Vietnam, I own the Workday platform end-to-end, spanning employee lifecycle updates, case management, HR reporting, policy guidance, and governance.
I led LBU delivery of HR Copilot Query and Data Management agents—from knowledge-base curation, UAT, and quality assurance to beta launch and company-wide rollout. The Query Agent reached approximately 30% employee adoption in its first month, while the Data Management Agent improved personal-data self-service through AI-guided chat.
I also build practical HR digital tools, including a Peer Recognition App, Employee of the Quarter Voting Platform, HR Comms Engine, and workflow automation. I re-engineered outsourcing management into a centralized Power Platform solution using SharePoint Lists, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
