What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own compliant employee communications and policy documentation for global teams—partnering with stakeholders on training, HR programs, and employee relations while maintaining high-quality, audit-ready standards in a collaborative, async-friendly environment.

HR professional with 5+ years of experience supporting global technology companies across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent reviews, HR operations, and manager advisory. Experienced in working with cross-functional and international stakeholders in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with strong knowledge of HR processes, data accuracy, and compliance.

Beyond HR, I enjoy working with AI-related projects, data analysis, and process improvement. I have experience using HRIS platforms, managing large datasets, creating reports, and ensuring high-quality documentation. I'm detail-oriented, analytical, quick to learn new tools, and comfortable working independently in remote, multicultural teams.
