What I'm looking for

I'm interested in a stable position at a modern company (remote), where systematic approach, well-organized processes, quality task control (Jira/QA), and constructive team dialogue are valued. I'm looking for projects where my experience in e-commerce and management will bring maximum value to the business.

I've supported and managed five complex digital, e-commerce, and IT projects under NDA, combining project coordination with manual QA testing and analytics.

I organize cross-functional teams of up to 20 developers, designers, layout designers, managers, and contractors. I write specifications in Jira, coordinate technical and financial processes, and use Google Sheets for in-depth analysis.

I also understand marketplace operations and create basic graphic and video content. I'm detail-oriented, responsible, results-driven, and quick to learn new tools and workflows.

Skills and Abilities
● Project & Task Management: Setting and managing tasks in Jira, sprint and task planning, deadline control, basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall.

● Coordination and Communication: Managing contractors and staff (20+ people), facilitating interaction between the client and the technical team, communicating with accounting, and controlling mutual settlements.

● QA and Testing: Manual testing of completed tasks, drafting detailed bug reports, returning tasks for rework, and monitoring bug fixes..

● E-commerce & Content Management: Overseeing integration of admin panels with marketplaces, creating landing pages, performing SEO optimization of landing pages, and populating product cards.

● Analytics and Finance: Google Sheets / MS Excel (complex formulas, summary reports), daily/monthly sales analytics, collecting financial reports.

● Design & Video (Basic level): Adobe Premiere Pro (simple video editing), Adobe Photoshop (infographics for product cards, photo editing).
