At the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation, I designed a Google Sheets task-tracking system that improved planning, streamlined workflows, and supported on-time delivery.

I also managed Zoom breakout rooms for an international mediation conference, improving networking and session flow for participants. My mediator training and experience facilitating intercultural cooperation in English help me navigate conflict, communicate clearly, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.

Previously at BIJB.Group, I turned internal requests into creative briefs, coordinated Mailchimp campaigns, optimized Facebook Ads, and moderated live webinars and streamed sessions. I combine structured task management with digital communication and performance tracking.

I'm passionate about thoughtfully integrating AI prompting, content structuring, and automation into workflows. I'm eager to grow in project roles that bring together mediation, execution, and multicultural collaboration.
