I've owned quality and integration delivery for fintech products at Wittix, managing testing across web, mobile, admin, and payment flows as the sole QA owner.
I work from requirements gathering and acceptance criteria through release validation and production handoff, coordinating Dev, QA, DevOps, Product, and business stakeholders. I identify risks, unblock delivery, and keep integration status clear for clients and teams.
At Covent IT, I performed full-cycle manual testing across regression, exploratory, integration, E2E, UI/UX, localization, and accessibility testing. I also tested APIs and backends through Kibana, Elasticsearch, Redis, and RabbitMQ, built automated API tests with Cypress, and mentored three junior QA engineers.
I've also worked as an Account Manager, bridging client priorities with technical delivery, detailed developer specifications, and project planning. At Emerson, I continue building on this QA and coordination experience.
