At IFTAS, I direct the GIFT and SFMS central payment and settlement platforms for the Reserve Bank of India and the Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan. I focus on end-to-end inter-bank payment processing and modular payment coexistence.

I established program governance and led a Scrum transformation at IFTAS, increasing on-time delivery by 25–35% and reducing release cycles by 45–60%. I also managed cross-functional engineering organizations and improved SLA compliance from about 85% to over 98%.

At Oracle India Private Limited, I directed delivery for Job Control – Intelligent Cloud Automation and designed core APIs and microservices. I also supported cloud migration on OCI/OKE and established automated CI/CD and monitoring pipelines.
