At LTI Mindtree, I lead capital-market platform and data engineering across 21+ programs, three lines of business, and an organization of 189+ engineers and 12 managers. I own end-to-end delivery and P&L, contributing to approximately $19M in revenue growth while improving delivery predictability and reducing scope creep by around 20%.

I've led AWS serverless migration that saved $168K, scalable Kafka, Airflow, Databricks, and Python data platforms, and risk-managed releases from 5% to 100% rollout with zero business disruption.
