I’m a senior technical program manager / engineering leader with experience directing enterprise-wide programs for several Global 500 companies, regularly exceeding performance targets. Recently, I was appointed as the inaugural head of the unified systems integration and technical project management organization. I built a centralized integration and delivery function from the ground up, improved partner coverage from 37% to 88% in 13 months, and increased daily run rate (policy sales) by more than 35%.
At the program and execution level, I’ve compressed delivery lifecycles by 75% with a unified “one-click integration engine,” increased product delivery throughput by 17%, and cut onboarding time from 4 weeks to 2 weeks with structured documentation. I also re-architected integration ecosystems into scalable, metadata-driven API orchestration frameworks that decouple fragmented provider schemas.
