What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead engineering teams at the intersection of product and reliability—owning integrations, incident response, and execution. I want to grow engineers, improve delivery metrics, and ship customer-impacting systems.

I lead engineering teams and product initiatives with a strong emphasis on execution, stakeholder management, and career development. I’m comfortable aligning multiple teams and verticals across the org to complete projects, even when the path forward is uncertain.

Most recently, as a Technical Support and Integrations Lead, I’ve driven strategic alignment for Tech Support and Onboarding and built automation using Zapier, Activepieces, AWS Lambdas, and N8N. I also handle direct communication with non-technical stakeholders while coordinating and prioritizing feature development with Product, supporting dozens of integrations across platforms and CMSes.

Previously, as an Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer, I led critical integration projects (including EHR and mailing services), managed hundreds of incidents with composure, and pioneered an incident management process. I’ve implemented engineering metrics to reduce cycle time (including cutting P90 cycle time from 7 days to just under 2 days) while improving on-call responsiveness, onboarding speed, and overall team productivity.
