I’m a player/coach engineering leader who architected and shipped healthcare-data systems that drive operating economics—while leading a 19-person org and writing production code daily. I built a provider-bill intake automation combining rule-based email orchestration, AI/OCR extraction, and ML-based duplicate detection, processing $20M+ in provider bills in its first 8 months at 10x+ the throughput of the manual workflow it replaced.
I also designed and built the BigQuery + PostgreSQL data layer powering 5 internal platforms, delivered a lead-scoring ML model in production, and ran pipelines for PHI-adjacent medical billing and referral data with HIPAA-aware access controls.
