At IDFC First Bank, I built AcePL from 0 to 1: a pre-approved personal loan product on the bank’s mobile app. I delivered a digital journey that disbursed eligible customers’ loans in under two minutes, and the product achieved 1,500 Cr+ in its first financial year.
I also worked on the bank’s digital bancassurance marketplace, integrating 15+ insurance partners and testing persistency-based product suitability. A follow-up of actual renewal outcomes validated a 7% persistency lift, while a configuration-driven approach cut product-variant development effort by 80%.
Across lending and banking products, I’ve worked on collateral management, cross-sell journeys, and Account Aggregator integrations. I hold an MBA from IIM Mumbai and built and backtested a personal stock buy/sell alert and recommendation engine using Claude Code.
