At CASHe, I grew the Credit Line portfolio from INR 16 crore to INR 1,400 crore and increased its share of applications through customer journey improvements and experimentation. I also drove 10x growth in BNPL transactions within six months.

I built a working Claude prototype for an end-to-end digital lending journey, including customer detail pre-fill, AI-assisted underwriting, bank statement analysis and AI voice calls; the product is in development. At SBI Card, I managed three credit-card-linked products and helped shift portfolio activity from telesales to digital and online channels.
