What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role in sales or customer service where I can support North American clients and help SMBs improve their online visibility through digital marketing solutions.

At Veloxio / Yellow Pages Canada, I consulted business owners, recommended tailored packages, and managed sales cycles from prospecting to closing. I also promoted Google Ads and digital marketing solutions to help Canadian SMBs improve their online visibility.

At NUITEE, I handled B2B communication with hotel partners to verify reservation details, payment status, and booking accuracy. At TELE PERFORMANCE, I reviewed user-generated content for policy compliance, supported AI model training, and helped customers with account, billing, and technical issues.
