I'm looking to lead multilingual operations, complex projects, and community-focused initiatives where I can improve processes, build inclusive teams, bridge cultural gaps, and deliver high-quality local experiences.

At Groupo Noa International, I lead onboarding for OPI/VRI interpreters, serve as the operational liaison for language service providers, and deliver payroll reporting and Monthly Business Reviews for key clients. I also provide English–French interpretation across financial, social, and healthcare settings while improving training and retention practices.

I've led teams of 85 agents, launched 25 POS locations, established a mobile technology branch in the Maghreb, and developed market, sales, communication, and digital media strategies across North and West Africa. My background in journalism, community curation, and cultural expertise helps me bridge gaps and create inclusive local experiences.
