I've led departments across HR, finance, and operations as Local Committee President at AIESEC Rabat, supervising more than 30 team members and representing the committee with national offices and partners.
Across AIESEC Rabat and Kenitra, I've managed budgets, recruitment, onboarding, team development, volunteer logistics, and project delivery. I also supported international program planning and reporting as a Program Analyst with AIESEC in Belgium.
I'm building my foundation in English Studies while applying leadership, data analysis, administration, and coordination skills in education and youth-development environments.
