User Experience Designer improving products through research-driven, design-system thinking.
What I'm looking for
I’m a User Experience Designer who builds intuitive, production-ready experiences by grounding decisions in user research and iterative prototyping. I’m especially focused on turning insights from heuristic evaluations and usability testing into actionable feature changes.
At Brasserie Memere, I launched a responsive venue space reservation system for mobile and web, using iterative mockups and user testing to increase desired guest completion rates by 28%. I also conducted end-to-end heuristic evaluations on competitive ticketing systems, then helped drive 15+ critical feature changes based on what I observed in user behavior. Through 50+ user testing sessions, I tracked behavioral shifts during mid- and high-fidelity prototyping and iterated wireframes from Sketch to Figma while maintaining the client’s established design system.
As a User Experience Design Lead at Aloharmony, I produced 40+ high-fidelity dashboard mockups that reduced moderation overhead and improved content discoverability through targeted information architecture. I led a 4-person startup design team delivering interactive production analytics, publication, business management, and financial tracking so artists could manage and grow their presence in one toolkit. I also architected and deployed a scalable live-streaming platform for 100,000+ subscribers, enabling cross-platform voice, video, and music streaming and contributing to an 11% increase in Aloharmony creator signups.
Earlier, as a Visual Design and Research Apprentice at General Assembly, I designed UX/UI across 7 cross-platform products (iOS, Android, web, and smart devices) using user-centered design principles to create intuitive interfaces. I applied design systems and branding while working in agile project environments across 3 initiatives to improve collaboration and delivery efficiency. My capstone and coursework continue that same mindset—reimagining earner experiences using AGI for Uber, exploring inclusive design equity in a workshop for 500+ attendees, and developing XR/AR prototypes with Unity and Oculus play-testing for VR/AR design and interaction.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Drove a 6-month collaborative design and development project with Uber applying AGI technologies to analyze and reimagine earner experiences at large-scale events. Streamlined earner communication and information delivery in the request flow, improving end-to-end ride-share completions by 16%.
Completed a course in VR/AR technologies, applying Unity and UI engineering fundamentals to develop a foreign language education project. Built interactive short-form games using game theory principles and ran VR play-testing sessions with Oculus hardware.
