What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a UI/UX role where I can pair user research with accessible design and iterate in agile sprints. I want to collaborate cross-functionally and use prototypes and testing to turn insights into product improvements.

I’m a UI/UX designer and UX researcher building human-centered digital experiences with a strong accessibility focus. Through hands-on work across non-profit, startup, and federal consulting environments, I translate user needs into clear interfaces, prototypes, and design systems.

As a Lead UI/UX Designer, I guided design decisions and agile sprints with a 17-person team to support a light and dark mode iOS mobile app. By synthesizing user research and usability testing, I helped identify pain points and recommended improvements that increased task completion by 30%.

I also strengthen experiences through research and implementation: I used Claude for AI-assisted ideation to improve accessibility and navigation across a 14-page digital resource site, implementing front-end enhancements with HTML. From stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis to competitive audits, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, I bring a collaborative, problem-solving approach to every project.
