What I'm looking for

I believe that innovation is problem-solving. We need to get out of our comfort zone to find the best solutions, building solid bases through creative freedom, autonomy, and flexibility generating independence and responsibility. These are my core values, and what I'm looking for in a company :)

I have 3 years of experience and I've worked on creating or improving internal systems, websites, and apps for many companies of management, education, and finance companies. In these 3 years in addition to problem-solving in end-to-end projects, I also brought innovations and new business ideas, always anticipating problems and brainstorming solutions.

I won a 100% scholarship at Ironhack ( R$ 17,000) between 3000 concurrents, and then my team and I, at the end of the course, got first place in the last hackathon ( we did a project to help Brazilians adults illiteracy), I also receive an award at a fintech that I worked for, because of my service design project.
