I am a recent UCSB graduate with a BA in Sociology, an Applied Psychology minor, and a Certificate in Technology Management, currently working as a Case Manager in behavioral health.
In my current role I coordinate care, manage discharge planning, keep legal logs, track 5150/5250/5270 holds, input patient hold data into the DOJ website and facilitate communication between patients, families and service providers.
Previously as a Behavioral Health Specialist I provided direct care to patients with emotional and psychiatric disorders, contributed to treatment planning, performed competency assessments, and led crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts to maintain safety and therapeutic milieu.
I have additional experience in patient services and front-desk roles at Cottage Health and Goleta Valley Athletic Club, along with youth counseling and retail support; I bring strong communication, teamwork and a service-oriented mindset to clinical and guest-facing environments.
