At British Council, I lead Global Schools projects across 40+ countries, working with ministries of education, UK awarding bodies, and civil society organizations. I bring together technical, operational, and financial management to support education and capacity-building initiatives.

As Global Partner Schools Assistant Manager, Exams Distribution, I managed the rollout of a digital learning management system for 60,000+ teachers across 2,000+ schools in 35 countries. I also developed monitoring and evaluation dashboards to track programme performance and support adaptive management.

Earlier at British Council, Egypt, I led school development initiatives, managed examination operations, and supported change projects involving new platforms and staff training. My work draws on strategic planning, systems thinking, risk management, and monitoring and evaluation, alongside an MSc in Business Strategy, Leadership & Change and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
