At AASTMT’s Egypt Skills Competition, I led operational planning and implementation across 15–22 technical disciplines. I coordinated institutions, ministries, industry representatives, volunteers, competitors, and judges through preparation and delivery.
At the Technical & Vocational Institute, AASTMT, I coordinate course delivery and academic operations. I also conduct assessment and internal verification under Pearson RQF/QCF frameworks, maintaining quality-assurance documentation and producing verification reports.
My MSc research at Alexandria University developed a circular-economy benchmarking framework for municipal waste systems, using Alexandria as the pilot case. The work examined transition readiness through governance, operational, infrastructural, and stakeholder-focused indicators, and received first place in the Master's Thesis Competition at the 3rd GCC International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.
Earlier, as Head of Design Unit at Industry Service Complex, AASTMT, I led institutional communication and design operations, coordinating production workflows, teams, and delivery schedules. My work spans project coordination, technical education, quality assurance, and research on sustainability transitions.
