At AIC Applied Innovation Center, I translate public-sector requirements into AI project objectives and implementation plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams from proof of concept through operational handover. I also coordinated the rollout of the Retina Module, an AI-powered solution for early eye-disease detection, across 10 university hospitals in Egypt.
At The American University in Cairo (AUC), I oversaw a USD 30 million donor-funded program and supervised 42 staff and consultants. I established and sustained 8 university career centers serving over 72,000 students annually, and designed sector-specific employability programs in agriculture, technology, and manufacturing.
Across my work with organizations including GIZ, UNHCR, British Council, and Alexandria Business Association, I supported policy and workforce planning, program delivery, and institutional development. I also assessed more than 200 enterprises and developed recommendations to improve organizational performance and business processes.
