I've led academic development, curriculum, teacher coaching, and school operations across international schools for more than 20 years. My work connects learning products and workflows with the realities of classroom implementation, teacher adoption, differentiation, and student needs.
At Noon International School, I coordinated academic and operational workflows, stakeholder communication, events, and policy implementation. During its start-up phase, I helped drive a 110% increase in new-student enrolment in the first year, exceeding the provisional target.
At Green Heights International School, I led divisions and advised on curriculum mapping, assessment, classroom practice, LMS records, staff development, and school improvement. I supervised teachers, delivered workshops, supported accreditation, and helped establish the academic and operational systems of a start-up school.
