What I'm looking for

I'm open to relocation within Ireland and the EU.

At CreativeDock, I lead testing for the fintech app Grooshy and Ooredoo Oman & Qatar apps. I manage test planning, strategy, suite design, and risk mitigation, and monitor application health using Grafana dashboards and API logs.

At Lucky App, I owned the testing cycle from requirements through delivery and built and led a team of two manual testers, with automation support. I created the company's first documented defect and test-procedure database, improved average QA turnaround time by 25%+, and cut functional bugs by roughly 50–70% over time.

At Jumia, I owned testing for JumiaPay and later the Jumia app and website, including cross-browser testing and staging deployments. At Oracle KSA, I tested the ADAA Integrated Platform and supported UAT and client training sessions.

Earlier, I was the sole testing resource across 30+ project deliveries at Dsquares and performed software quality control at Orange. I hold ISTQB Foundation Level and Agile Tester certifications, and I'm open to relocation within Ireland and the EU.
